I have been interested in holistic health for many years but I really started the journey in studying holistic health by researching ways to heal my chronic stress. After selling my previous business and moving back to my hometown I am excited to offer holistic health coaching here. I am passionate about continuously learning and sharing my knowledge. The Bio Energetic testing offers a powerful addition to my holistic coaching that includes nutrition, yoga, meditation, bach flower remedies, and exercise plans. I am looking forward to seeing the wonderful results!

I am a licensed massage therapist and I consider myself a life-long learner when it comes to anything related to the mind-body connection & holistic wellness. I believe our mind, body & emotions are all deeply interconnected, and an important part of healing and wellness is addressing all of these aspects together.
I believe each individual is unique, and I love combining modalities to get to the root issues and enable the best possible results.
